The Cincinnati made buggy comes complete with lap robe, and foot warmer for those chillier days.
Also housed here is the Ripley Fire Department's 1890’s fire engine and hose cart as well as the department's early locator map; a funeral wagon owned by the Kirkpatrick Funeral Home; a display of Ripley bricks with an original brick mold; and a Becker Department store men's department glass display case; holding memories of other shops frequented by Ripley residents. The collection of books in the case came from the Baird family library. Also featured in the case are Indian artifacts recovered in Brown County, and remembrances of Ripley’s turn-of-the-century shoe factory.
Other featured items include an early 20th century wheelchair, a McClellan saddle, a lady's side saddle, a leather doctor's medical bag used by Dr. Evans when he was making medical rounds on horseback, a photo-graph of one of Ripley’s early blacksmith shops, and equipment once used at Ripley National Bank.
